A U.S. Air Force veteran with a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, Robert is committed to delivering operational readiness and exceptional customer outcomes.

Justin Alexander is the Co-Founder, CEO, and Senior Program Manager of BOA LLC, providing strategic leadership and driving the successful delivery of mission-critical solutions for federal agencies. With 19 years of experience in defense, aerospace, global logistics, and program management, he leverages deep operational expertise to deliver efficient, compliant, and results-driven support. A certified PMP, Executive MBA graduate, Air Force veteran, and currently serving in the Colorado Air National Guard, Justin is committed to helping government customers accomplish their missions with confidence.
